A
Community Outreach Program has been started in the college through the NSS and
Youth Red Cross Club with an aim to sensitize the students towards their duties
and responsibilities towards the society and the community. The college aims to
become a part of the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan vide which teams of students will visit
their adopted villages to identify various development issues in rural areas and
find sustainable solutions for the same. Already, many students have
started engaging with kids and senior citizens in villages of Nacholi,
Tikawali, Bhupani, Jasana, Kanwara. Many awareness campaigns have been carried
out on social issues like water conservation, soil conservation, say no to
plastic, say no to drugs, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan etc in the adopted villages of
Ajronda and Daulatabad. Efforts to engage in more such programs will be
multiplied in the coming days.
